Returns

Returns are only excepted if your jewellery is faulty due to artist error. Items Can not be returned due to careless jewellery care or notable breakage from customer fault. Returns won’t be accepted for incorrect size, all ring sizing is clearly advertised and it’s up to the customer to determine their size before purchasing.

Exchanges

If for any reason your jewellery is damaged in the delivery process, please provide photos of the damaged packaging and an exchange or refund can be processed pending return of goods.
